Paul G. Sandall, MD

Paul G. Sandall, MD: Dr. Sandall did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin. His pre-medical courses were completed at the University of Massachusetts. He attended medical school at the University of Minnesota. After completing his medical training he joined the Indian Health Service and served as a general medical officer stationed in Inscription House, Arizona. He then moved to Albuquerque and where he worked for Lovelace Medical Foundation.

At Lovelace, Dr. Sandall became involved in pharmaceutical clinical trials, first as an investigator and then Co-Director of their clinical trials program. In 1988, he founded his own research company, Health Research, Inc. He has been Principal Investigator on over 90 trials. He has worked for almost every major pharmaceutical sponsor in the country.

Dr. Sandall served as the interim Medical Director for ACT after Dr. Hsi’s death. He mentored Dr. Kim during her training as a clinical investigator. Dr. Sandall remains on staff as a consultant to Albuquerque Clinical Trials.
