Primary Investigator
Dr.
Ellen Kim completed her undergraduate work at U.N.M. in 1989 where she
was a Regent's Scholar. Her medical training and residency were
done in the U.N.M. Department of Family Practice. Dr. Kim has
worked for the Indian Health Service at ACL Hospital for three years
before joining the staff of ACT and Rio Grande Family Medicine.
Dr.
Kim came to ACT after the death of Dr. Hsi. She worked
with Dr. Paul Sandall, MD who has conducted pharmaceutical clinical
trials since 1986. Dr. Sandall served as the interim Medial
Director for ACT until Dr. Kim was ready to assume the role of
Principal Investigator for new and ongoing trials. Dr. Kim is
now an experienced investigator having conducted a wide variety of
pharmaceutical studies. She is dedicated to the discovery of
safe and efficacious medications and conducting high quality clinical
research.
